At Roseville we are traditional in some ways and contemporary in others and that is one of our strengths.
We can be described as Reformed Evangelical – that is we believe the Bible to be the Word of God and relevant to our lives. We are desirous of growing in our faith together. We have a great concern to share the good news that Jesus is Lord and that life, salvation, acceptance, a relationship with God and a promised home in heaven is found through trusting and following Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Our beliefs can be described generally in terms of the historic creeds, and more specifically in the way our denomination understands the Westminster Confess of Faith which is often described as ‘Calvinistic’ or ‘Reformed.’
The Supreme Standard of the Church is the Word of God contained in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments. The Subordinate Standard of the Church is the Westminster Confession of Faith read in light of the Declaratory Statement.

We proclaim the Gospel of God and serve the community through local Church Congregations and Home Mission Stations, Evangelism, Theological and Christian Education, Schools, Nursing Homes, Hostels and other Aged Care Ministries, Youth Work, Child and Family Services, Counseling, University Work, Presbyterian Women's Association, Chaplains, and other specific ministries.
